By mid-February, increase that time and walk for 30 minutes.
  • Eat more vegetables. Your diet dictates your health. If you eat unhealthy foods and a lot of red meat, you run a higher risk of getting heart disease. Eat vegetables multiple times a day and reduce your meat consumption to only once a week.
